Peace, Love and C++

tmperamental — found either on git.d.o, or github is a library to be LD_PRELOAD-ed, and help check for use of hardcoded /tmp.

The idea is to get TMPDIR and friends, and preload tmperamental, which will call non-zero exit when an app does stuff in /tmp.

It’s a big hack, so if you feel like making it even better, send in patches :)
